We are looking for ambitious, creative, driven, goal-oriented, proactive and well organized junior sales development representatives who are passionate about sales, want to work with leading technology startups, and deliver outstanding results. - As a sales development representative you will be responsible for the cold outreach campaigns of some of the best European startups.
- We will teach you everything - you will learn how to define an ideal customer profile; how to do market segmentation and research; how to design and run effective outbound sales campaigns; how to optimize results.
- You will not only learn the industry gold standard but also use and test the newest strategies and tools. You will work with different products and industries, which massively accelerates your learning curve.
- Knowing how to generate demand for a product is crucial if you think about starting your own company or seek a career in sales & marketing.
Salary: 4,400 PLN gross (32 hours / week, umowa zlecenie) + promotion to SDR role and pay raise after 3-6 months
Job description:
- Market research and segmentation.
- Lead prospecting: qualifying companies and decision-makers matching ideal customer profile by using contact databases, Linkedin, and Google.
- Building and verifying contact lists for campaigns. Data management and enrichment.
- Running outbound campaigns using different scenarios and channels, maintaining a sufficient level of personalization of the communication.
- Creating reports and analyzing results.
Requirements:
- Being able to learn fast and use new knowledge & skills in action,
- Attention to details, strong work ethic, methodical approach to work,
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1),
- Great communication skills, natural flow in written English.
- Interest in the process of scaling technology startups.
